Hannu Ylärinne has started his work as Meritaito Oys CEO on 24 July. Ylärinne is a sea captain by education and has completed an eMBA on seafaring and logistics. He has solid experience in business administration through his managing positions in various marine operators organisations. He transferred to Meritaito from his position of Offshore Chief Business Officer in the Arctia Group.
Hannu Ylärinne considers his new position as Meritaitos CEO particularly interesting. Meritaito represents Finnish cutting edge know-how by offering an extensive range of fairway maintenance and hydrographic surveying services as well as products based on high-grade technology to advance the flow and environmental safety of marine transportation.
As his first assignments, Ylärinne will acquaint himself with the staff in various work sites as well as the customers and collaborative partners. The door to my office will always be open and I will always be available. My desire is to actively keep in touch with our customers and partners in collaboration, to receive feedback and to develop our operations through the feedback.
Meritaito deploys its domestic and international sales force and customer relationship management as a separate business team.
SeaHow will be exhibiting at the 19th IALA Conference 28th May – 1st June in Incheon, Republic of Korea. You are most welcome to visit our booth D - 4.
