Meritaito Ltd, the leading Finnish marine survey service and infrastructure management company, will become a fully owned subsidiary of the icebreaking and maritime services company Arctia Ltd. The Finnish Government decided on the company reorganization today, 13 December 2018. Together the companies will be able to offer their customers an even more comprehensive range of marine services both in Finland and overseas.
